Culinary Arts II students learned a variety of baking skills. They began with cakes and icings, then yeast breads and finished up with custards and mousses. Students made Brownie Stacks with white chocolate and milk chocolate mousse and tangerine creme brulee.
Culinary Arts I students have been learning about soups. They made a variety of clear and thick soups including French onion, cream of tomato, loaded potato, and shrimp and okra gumbo.
Health Science II students are learning how to perform unoccupied bed making.
