In HS core students have been reviewing the cardiovascular system. Each block made a heart big enough so that each student could "walk thru" each chamber and valve of both the left and right sides of the heart as they traced the pathway of blood circulation.

Health Science core is wrapping up their unit on the circulatory system. They studied the structures and functions of the heart and diseases of the heart. Today, they focused on blood and its components. They made a mini vial of blood to help reinforce the differences.
