Mrs. Sanders’ 4th graders at Ackerman Elementary had a fun activity as part of reading their EADMS story. The students were shown a coconut, watched as the teacher broke it apart, and sampled it. What a fun way to incorporate real life things into learning!

Ryan Wilmotts, Olivia Alashti, Ethan Sanders, Jake Wilson, and Ava Talley participated in the LEGO EV3 Minstorm robotic competition in Jackson Saturday. Carson King was unable to attend the event. They had to build and program a robot for the completion to do different missions, present and discuss their robot with judges, do a short tram exercise and present how they did the CORE model, and present a presentation on an innovative solution they have for the community.
